Due to our products being custom-made with care, our shipping and production process looks a little different than standard retail. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $25 Australia-wide for all orders.
- Service: All orders are dispatched via a tracked courier service to ensure your items arrive safely and you can follow their journey.
- Custom-Made Items: Every piece is crafted specifically for you. Because of this personalised process, there is a standard production lead time of at least 14 days for most items.
- Delivery Timeline: Once your order is placed and processed, our team will review the specific requirements for your custom product. We will contact you directly after purchase to advise your estimated shipping and delivery timeline.
As soon as your order has been crafted and handed over to our courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
